Pre Order
We endeavour to fulfil all pre-order items within the prescribed time frame of 1-2 weeks. This period may be subject to change and cancellation as pre-order items are not entirely guaranteed since these are pre-production lines. In the instance where you have purchased a pre-order item that has been cancelled please be advised we will issue a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Delivery
All orders paid before 2 PM Monday to Friday will be dispatched for delivery on the same day, any orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the following working day.
All orders received on the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. Where items are out of stock we will endeavour to contact you on the same day to discuss any variations. Excluding bank holidays.
